He's a UK return with about 6-7 years of experience . So it's not like he's used to working here since the beginning

Not exactly he started with 45k/annum ... But companies jump ayyetodu whenever he got a better offer , the max that he worked for a single company is for 1.5 years ...

I think a lot of it depends on how u plan things .

US UK ante certainly there will be weight to it but Adi okkate point paina u can't go far ahead
