bro better go for 20L.....memu starting lo illu katteappudu 10L valuation vesi loan apply chesam 10L vachhindhi...next two floors veddam ani ekkuva valuation isthe starting 10Lakhs ee ichharu kadha ippudu kuda anthe istham ani chepparu.....meeru emina modification cheyyali anukunte 8L ante too low..bank loan ekkuva amount ki approve kaadhu next time loan tisukuneappudu
