I do it bro travel avi telyavu gani some kind of happiness ochinattu untadi u wont be over emotional over react kavu subtle avthav usually...........after years pass by u r sixth sense will increase antaru ......nu konni predict cheyachu antaru no idea about astral thing

start the om music, sit straight and make sure spine is straight, focus on breathing for first 2-3 minutes to clear the thoughts endukante mind anni sides ki pull chestadi to distract, tarvata i try to think about space while chanting om. Max 12-13 minutes chestunna, i have a long way to go.

yes, you will become calmer,emotions(less or more annadhi depends, anni emotions ni conrtrol cheyyakudadhu,Controlling happiness and sadness will disturb yin-yang it will impact Buddha Karma).

 

Astral Projection or out of  Body experience is a controversial topic yet and there are no substantial proofs. I heard from my Reiki guru that you have to attain the highest level in order to secure your body with Buddha link.

Anapanasati thoughts clear cheyadam kastam bro chinnappudu without thoughts vundevi ippudu 100 thoughts ekkada apochu
