To my knowledge, Time frame emi ledu bro but,

After your new 3years transfer- don't u have to be in a safe side to extend further, by looking at current slow rate of perm dates?

As far as I think, ur I140 needs to be approved at employer B - to get future extension.

At new employer: Labour (6 months) + I140 (1 year) + non-premium h1b (8-9 months) estimate = close to 3 years

So, u need to request them for filing Perm ASAP - This is my theory of dealing your case, correct me if I am wrong.

small corretion - nee PD lock avataniki 180 days vundakarledu just 140 approve ithe chalu, 180 days rule useful for you when ever employer want to revoke 140, with this rule approved petetion after 180 days can't be revoked by employer.

time frame emi vundadu... but its better if you start as early as possible...
