my first extension got approved after 355 days but got only for 1 year...my HR immediately filed for another extension but PP this time and got it within 2 weeks for 3 years

If working for same employer.. i think, u cannot work after 240 days. U are legal to stay until ur appli is pending

my HR checked with USCIS and they said they had some technical issues and because of that reason, process got delayed....my HR said I can work legally without any issues....i got the next extension approval without any issues bro....i think you should not work 240 days after your H1b expiry.....my extension was filed in July even though my H1b expiry was on Sep 30.

Yes, i94 expire ithe out of status and rules wil trigger.. this case is when exten filed before i94 expiry
