Direct ga kotha employer ki cheppi antakaite a transfer paisalu ichesta ani cheppadame. One should do what we like and cant let go of an opportunity with mohamatam..especially 8 hrs a day in 16 hrs we are awake we spend at work,...akkada happy ga undadam important. ALochinchadam intha kanna direct matladukunte better. Good luck!

there is nothing like manchithanam in this bussiness....isn't the employer taking a cut? if ur friend is so generous ask him to pay back what emp spent on h1 and tell him that he needs to join that fte for some perosnal/family reasons
