Lots of difference ankul. 

Vitamix blends at low heat so it makes sure that all the nutrients in the foods are intact and aren't killed due to the heat. 

Nutribullet while still a good and affordable product isn't that versatile or advanced when it comes to making dough and juicing pretty much anything(especially the seeds). Although Nutribullet does blend the seeds they still aren't as broken down as they would be using something like Vitamix.

Yes ankul, the fan blade rotates right that generates heat.
