legal stand point lo you are not eligible, but at the same time mana desis cpt definition ni complete ga change chesaaru, eod neeku luck favorable ga work chesi client daggira miss avthe(client attorney overlook cheste) apudu ft continue, later on status ki issues or rfe's/poe grilling pade chance's 99 on 100 unnayi only if u know what i meant. I wouldnt recommend it but if you have no other options then no comment
