IRS vani scanner lo HSBC vundi...nikem faraq padtadi vaya ?

HSBC NRI account falls under Indian Jurisdiction and IRS has no control or reach to it...The only info what IRS can have is the amount transferred as it happens from US based bank.

Emi kaka...intaki..purpose endi..hawala..shell ocmpanies..tax evasion..isontivi emana chestunava ?
