prakasham barrage has an outflow of 406 Cusecs on July 06.  Then what is the need to release water from pattiseema when water is already being redirected to sea from krishna delta?... just to prove a point that we did it?

Facts : There is no clear evidence to show that pattiseema did help farmers... if you insist give me another date of water released from pattiseema to krishna delta we will find out the truth?

Pattiseema did not finish in record time.. it depends on how you define the project... majority of canal work was done during YSR time part as of polavaram canal work...

Nearly 25% money went into corrupts hands there is no way to consider this as a reasonable damage, if same goes with polavaram expect to have 10-15k crores corruption..
