 I  got two offers i accepted one and working in a cool clint location i sent this mail to the vendor she replied me back.

What should i reply 

 

When I did not hear back from you I expected as much.  I specifically addressed this issue with you two weeks ago and you and Sree assured me that you would be at my client on April 10.   This is highly unprofessional and you have wasted my time and the time of my client.  They have put their recruiting efforts on hold for this position to wait for you.  You could have at least told me this was a possibility so I could have looked for another candidate.

 

This is not how I do business and I expect the people I do business with to hold the same standards.  Apparently, I was wrong.

dont feel bad about anything...you are on opt and u choose the one which is best for u.

what if u take the position with that lady and got fired in that client, she would put in the black list. Happened to me last year, my client is not telling me about my extension and i started looking for another positions, one offer came and the one day before that my client extended my project. initially they offered me only 65$/hr which is less than what im making. when i told her that i cannot make it up to that position, she started negotiating the billing.. she started with 72$/hr. me and my employer waited until how far she can go, finally she stopped at 75$/hr. eventhough im loosing the relationship with her, we started arguing with her how come the billing rate has been increase by 10$/hr if i'm leaving the position.

Some people put a lot of margin.finally she said she will not do business with us, just after two months, she came back to me and my employer for a position in the same client.

i agree with u as if i go wit =h ladu i will be fired as the 

the team is well structured. by the way i cracked the interview it lasted only for 10 mts. but here its better here i need to pick work of the load and start working which make me easy
