80% land acquisition done in kurnool district for Amaravati-Anantapur National Express Way

Notification for express highway soon

The notification for the Anantapur-Amaravati National Express Highway would be issued after completing the land acquisition process for it by April end, Principal Secretary, R&B, Sumita Dawra, said on Tuesday. Nearly 80% of land acquisition in Kurnool district had been completed and the remaining would be done by this month end, she told the media. The highway would pass through 27 villages in Kurnool district, District Collector Ch. Vijayamohan asserted.
