Abolish H1B Visa program

H-1B/L-1 visas are meant for specialized skills. The key issue at heart of H-1B/L-1 abuse is that there is no clear definition of the term "specialized skill". Currently USCIS/Justice Dept rely on people from US Corporations such as Pichai, Mark Zuckerburg et el to tell them what a specialized skill is. goal of CXO level leaders is maximization of EPS/Revenues and hence they can label any skill as specialized as long as it serves their needs. Hence the abuse that US Workers are being replaced by H-1B labor even though more than 80% of H-1B in technology world lack basic knowledge of real world systems and have to be trained to even start on a job. More than 80% of H-1B labor in technology is doing menial IT work and in no way helping US keep it's edge in Technology. --------------- The starting point to end H-1B abuse is to help USCIS/Justice Dept to build a list of skills and levels at which those skills can be termed as 'spcialized skills'. ----------- Let us thank USCIS and AG Jeff Session for coming up with at least a starting point last Monday in an effort to define "Specialized Skills" which makes it easier determine if an H-1B abuse has occurred and accordingly file a report of instances of H-1B abuse with USCIS.

. I have one Indian colleague , he says Indian people uses wrong experience and degree to get job. After coming into job, other Indians help him/her to be successful. Some Indian companies are there who main job is hire Indian people , train them , put fake exp and put them to project. After that they support them ( via working for them , they charge fees for this service . 1000's of companies are listed here https://techjobs.sulekha.com/ , pls have a look. Actually lot of Indians have more than 2 jobs, mainly telecommute one. One Indian guy takes the job and hire one worker in India , he works for him. There is lot of loop holes in this system. People who get job in India, they come here on H1B and there are 1000's of companies who can H1 for them and place them .
