andharu eehhh1  amen-dment  epudu file chestunaru contract job ki....client location lo project join ayyi oka 1-2 months taruvata chestunara..leka  project join avaka mundha chestunara?  project lo join ayi oka 2 months tarvutha amendement file chesta any issues in approval?

plz suggest guys....naku oka project vachnidhi kani first may lo join annadu..taruvata ledhu june ki postpone annadu project..nenu amendement + ext file chayali e july lo?  

ma friend gadi employer amendment project join avaka mundha chayli wait cheya kudadhu as per rule ani..project join ava ka mundha amendement reg lo submit chesadu w/o letters....

Get joining date and po from vendor...

Normal ga before joining project...lca file chestharu..1 week before joining...on joining date h1b file send chestharu...Correct me if im wrong...

only po tho amendement chesara without client letter..any idea, project join ayna taruvata hh1 filling chesta..alanti issues/rfes vasthai due to filling after project joining?

H1b file chese time lo...vendor and client letters thsukuni submit cheyyali...

Only po tho chesaru bro. Client letter appatiki ivvaledu. RFE padite appudu submit cheyochu client letter but amendment ayite joining ki munde file cheyali as per the rule. You can always submit additional documents if needed after filing the petition.
