nothinvbia clearly mentioned about duplicate filings last year but this year they specifically said about duplicate...

def. ga last year kanna ee  year chala takkuva vachi untav applications thats for sure and we had already seen that in WITCH company statements. ee sari application slow ga flow ayyi untai and even one or two days lo na vachina USCIS is trying to showcase as they reach over the period of 3 -4 days and so stopping taking new applications. in this way they can tell no need of lottery and the reason may be they dont want the legal fight to continue in courts on removing the lottery process.
