April 1st was friday when they started accepting applications and 7th was the day when notice came out...in 2016

April 3rd was Monday when they started taking applications...and 7th was the day when notice came out in 2017...

May be we can't judge on weekdays and weekends what do and they don't and possibilities...previous years, this is fastest..
