naku telsina friend ki same situation india lo aagipoyadu...after that he applied in general quota and got back here.

mesthri MS quota lo apply cheste with MS degree appudu MS quota lo count chestaru but 2012 lo june varaku open undi quota so 2012 vallaki advantage enti ante they can argue with USCIS that na masters invalid ani appude chepte i would have applied in general because general was avaialble when i applied ani cheppachu..

Stratford is a private and for profit university, which is not eligible for H1b.

They overlooked this rule most of the times. But once trivalley story bayataki vachaka... CSC center started noticing and giving RFEs other center still were approving.

 

So direct rejection cheyochu, bcoz there is nothing to argue. Malli apply chesi testing luck ante.

For GC ...stratford is totally eligible college. So I-140 will be safe.
