Planning to move to Canada. How to find employers who can help and reliable?

What are all precautions needs the  be taken before thinking to apply for Canada?

I have 4 years US experience undhi.

Please shed some info.

canada..baane untadhi but...rules chala chala variety ga untai...and expensive kooda..

pedda cities lo jobs baane untai..but too much expensive.

insurane, driving, etc etc variety rules...

what kind of variety rules ? Do they drive on left side in Canada ?

Do they do drug test for insurance ?

GC quota is based on country of birth and not on citizenship/passport of the country you hold
