Through every citizen fighting like hell for his right (or atleast a good chunk of them). lots of glasses have to be broken, several lives destroyed, before India learns what works for it. It definitely cannot happen under current BJP govt. It can only happen under an ideologically apathetic govt, that listens to the loudest voices, and one that can be made accountable. BJP's has been the most fact free, least accountable govt. I've known. but i've only known two. I can certainly say UPA was better than this sh1t.
