Starting lo everyone will struggle bro. Periodically, you can gain stamina and run longer. Not really a big deal once you make it a habit.

I like metal while working out. Iron Maiden, black Sabbath, judas preist, slipknot, rage against the machine and system of a down for now. Need to find some new artists now since I'm done playing the list over and over now.

+1 it is all about building stamina.. nenu starting ade anukune vadini.. i cannot run ani.. now I can run for an hour.. 

Practicing for a marathon as well :P

Also people suggested to do stretches after running or it will cause joint related problems in long run.

Stretching before and after is a must bro. Warming up before the run and cooling down after will help. 

I take a day off after every two days of running. Morning runs work better for me not sure why.

I slow down for two minutes in the middle bro.  Below is what I do usually. 

Warm Up ( 2 Minutes @ 3.5 MPH) 

Run ( 20 Minutes @ 7 MPH) 

Slow Down ( 2 Minutes @ 3.5 MPH)

Run (20 Minutes @ 7 MPH) 

Cool Down ( 2 Minutes @ 3.5 MPH)

Stretches before try cheyyaledu I will do. Thanks, I guess 20 + 20 is a better choice

Ledu aa suggestions use chesi aa songs kooda oka sari vinta. Bagunte nachinavi playlist lo add chesukunta. Modern songs antha ga vina kabatti no idea edi nachutundi edi nachadu ani. Anduke asking for suggestions, play list expansion kosamu.
