Come on..meeru follow ayyevi or telsinavi veyyandi..nenu follow ayyevi ivi

1) No sugar in tea & coffee

2 . sugar substitutes like honey, date syrup, other syrups

3. walk a lot after eating

4. eat in small quantities

5. sleep early & wake up early

6. no soft drinks

7. no chips or packaged unhealthy foods

All good except #2. Honey/ syrup is as nas as sugar...

stay way from below stuff, 

chips, soda's, drinking, smoking, french fries, pizza, white rice, potatoes, cookies, candy's, icecream, smooties, junk food, bottled fruit juices, Donuts, burgers ..etc.

ivvi anni manesthe at least 50% u should be in good health.
