Nenu anni stop cheyyammi cheppadam ledu, limited ga thintam and work out cheyydam best anni na feeling.

ni age entha broo..? same feeling naku undedhi allane continue chessa, last 15 years, but last year doctor visit ki vella, inka appathi nunchi start ayindhi. 

I will say only one thing, if u are happy and feels good now, enjoy your golden days @3$%

 

But vokka sari blood test and urine test and physical ki vellu. know your numbers and see, if they are in good zone, Enjoy

Eating Habits (Eggetarian here)

Do's

Eat slightly heavy breakfast. Prefer tea over coffee. Try to have sandwich, omlet or Indian tiffins like idly and upma. Don't go beyond them.

Don't eat excess food for lunch

Eat healthy snacks in evening like fruits, bars etc.

Eat wheat or less carb food for dinner. Replace rice with wheat, quinoa, ragi, millets etc.

Dont's

Don't eat anything after 7. Rice, curd and coffee for dinner is a yuuge NO.

Don't eat any of these - Any sugar foods(at max once a month) including soda, potato chips, ice cream (once in a while is ok) and especially Indian snacks (they suck big time). Don't eat pizza and anything that uses maida. Don't eat cheese if it is not fresh.

Eat carb food and fat food like rice, potatoes, pizza slices, icecream etc. only if you are gonna run for 20-30 mins in the gym. (not even work out, just running)

 

Living habits

Go for early morning walks. It is totally worth it, gives you Vitamin D.

Don't drive more than 10 miles a day and ruin mental health.

Use Saturdays for activities, don't use Sundays. Take rest on Sunday.

Trek once in a while. Explore natural beauty around you and go out.

Beat once in a while don't build perverse thoughts over time.

In profession, give preference to what you love to do

Don't wake up if you didn't sleep for 8 hours, no matter what your manager says.

Call it a day if you don't feel like working anymore. Unproductive work means no work.

Don't socialize if that ruins your day, say NO.

Get a hobby for your life, live for it.

Smile at people, try to chat with strangers. Don't disturb busy people.

If you are stressed, go to a library and read or go alone for a walk near you. I am sure it saves so much of time.
