after i got GC i did not buy house for 3 yrs .....everyone was asking me why you did not buy house .....buy buy buy ....ani major pressure from friends to me an dmy wife ..........i bought it when i was ready with good amount of money 20% down and at least 1 year of EMI in hand ..............

I have one house in Hyd..and decided not to buy house elsewhere...no matter what it is...for downpayment,EMi and maintenance, I have to work the remaining life to just to come home and stay in the same house for rest of my life ? And I am not sure if I would ever get to eat the money I invest on the house..
