it's not their fault. It's the vendor mistake and client mistake. If you had grilled them in the interview (Face 2 Face) then you won't hire such candidates. Also vendor has to do full background check of the candidate that they are sending to the client.

the only solution F2f mandatory...we have same problem and we made f2f mandatory and we checked ids before starting interview...i feel bad for OPTs but clients and prime vendors facing a lot of issue with this and it is building a bad reputation on indians..janalu baga ekkuvayyaru jobs pergatam ledhu so dhiniki solution calling for f2f mandotory and hire local guys..

ID ante gurtu vachindi bhai, maa office la oka pilla join ayindi, dhedh dhamak chatak burra batch...

two months ayitundi, she used to sneak into office everyday without batch and ID. Somehow vadini veedini adigi she used to sneak into office everyday. two months aitundi..batch teesuko ante kathalu cheputundi, naku istam ledu, face baledu ivala, batch kalisi radu, sentiment vundi..ani oka 2 months sagateesindi..

oka roju HR got serious and was like, who on earth would say such reasons just to get their batch ani..variety doubts vastunde vallaki, drug abuser..leka felony emana vunaya, criminal uh..ika final ga okaroju patukapoi grill chesinaru two months nundi enduku ID teesukoledu ani...background chesk chesinaru, ID valiadate chesinaru and everything is okie but they couldnt buy reason that batch sentiment workout avadu ani...final ga suspicison mida peeki dobbinaru

F2F mandatory chesthe, Maa Client place lo same vuntunde situation.......kani time ichevallu anta to see whether he can improve, if not then they used to fire people....

but after some time they realised and f2f is mandatory chesaru...... aa taruavata there is only one opt working in the client as of now..... he is the 4th guy who did masters and got the job...im the 3rd(but i had 6 yrs real time)
