depends on person - kondaru tellollu emi questions adagakunda candidate ni OK chestaru... just nominal, they give some brief details about project, ask candidate can you do? obviously candidate comes with some explantion.. they hire . same with my manager too..he is like that.

it's not their fault. It's the vendor mistake and client mistake. If you had grilled them in the interview (Face 2 Face) then you won't hire such candidates. Also vendor has to do full background check of the candidate that they are sending to the client. 

Most of the times, vendors knowingly push half knowledge fellows.. to not lose the client.. of-course ultimately when client gets frustrated that's what happens..
