YSRCP has started its mud-slinging over AP CM Chandrababu Naidu's newly-constructed house in Jubilee Hills Road No. 65 in Hyderabad. While Naidu quietly performed house-warming ceremony of his new house on Sunday in simple way without inviting his closest party leaders as well, YSRCP leader Bhumana Karunakar Reddy shockingly suspected that Naidu's house would be massive mansion constructed with "hundreds of crores".

This is now inviting laughs to many as YSRCP president YS Jagan's palace near Lotus Pond in Banjara Hills was allegedly costed in hundreds of Crore wayback in 2011 with 70 rooms, 10 lifts, two mini theatres, four escalators and so on in a 3 Lakh Sq.ft house. This is not all. Jagan's bungalow in Bangalore was built in 32-acre farmland at Bagalur cross off Bangalore International Airport Road. The unofficial estimates pegged the cost of Jagan's Bangalore estate including its interiors at close to Rs350 crore in 2011.

TDP senior leader and Irrigation Minister Devineni Uma hit out at YSRCP leaders by stating that Chandrababu Naidu's renovated house was 'genuine' unlike YSRCP chief YS Jagan. Uma said Naidu's house has only eight rooms whereas Jagan's palace has 70 rooms. Uma further added that has Naidu's house has no helipads, no swimming pool, no mini theatres and no escalators, while Jagan's house has two helipads, three swimming pools, 10 lifts, two mini theatres with a seating capacity  for 200 persons and four escalators.

Uma also added that Naidu's family consists of five members, while Jagan's family consists of four members. "Should small family of Jagan have 3 lakh sq ft house?" Uma questioned. Uma further said that Chandrababu's house has all required permissions whereas he alleged that Jagan's palace was constructed against the rules, regulations.

Chandrababu Naidu's five-storeyed bungalow approximately measures over 20,000 sq ft built in land of 2410 sq. yards with a construction cost of Rs 10 crore. Naidu and his minister-son Lokesh raised a loan of over Rs 7 crore from Bank of Baroda for the construction. Meanwhile, Uma alleged that Jagan's palace in Banjara Hills was constructed with over Rs 300 Crore then.

Looks like, YSRCP has raked up an unwanted controversy bringing more trouble for its leader YS Jagan.
