Spain has Paella which is similar but not as powerful in terms of flavours and spices. Middle east lo chala countries have pilafs,. srilanka has lamparys....

ofcourse hyd dum biryani restaurant restaurant ki veru untundhi  , but ambur biryani that i tried was better than hyd biryani. raita or gravy avsaram padadhu antha bagunde.

to me hyd biryani rice lo flavour takkuva ,very dry dish both rice and mukkalu. Basmati rice ante chiraku hyd biryani's anni basmati tho chestharu, ambur biryani was made with sona masuri rice.

yes.....aa ambur flavor antha nachaledhu....pasupu vestharu vaallu.....toned down spices. may be it caters to some other tastes. andhuke popular ayindhemo konni regions lo.

Pakistani style vankul. 

Dhera ani paki restaurant Jackson heights la vuntadii taste karo. I have seen aloo in some of Pakistani cuisines lo Bhi chusa
