anduke atleast weekely 120 - 160 mins excercise compulsary with controlled diet after you cross 28...they are so many cases like this esp US living ikkada apatment nunchi bytaki ragane car office lo digamgane elevator and straight to desk with minimal walk and excercise...

Many ppl who are muscular and fit also die bcs of heart attack...

Its mostly life style...Everyday office lo 8 hours valla issue untai...obvious ga...inka stress asala undakudadhu...

naku oka sari alage chest pain vachindhi....podunne office ki vellagaaney....

symtpoms anni webmd lo kodithe ventane emergency ki vellamandhi....like high heart rate...dizzyness etc....

but i know its not that worst...but got really scared....

nadichi daggarlo unna walk in ki vellenu....doctor kosam wait chese lopala antha normal ayipoyindhi....

theera doctor vasthe jarigindhi antha cheppenu....

appudu doctor annadu...it is some infection or inflammation in chest....due to which body thought its a heart attack and generates those symtpoms....you have nothing to worry ani....use advil annadu naa matta....

but aa symptoms face chestunappudu mathram .... pant tadisipoyindhi...coz i smoke and drink...work pressure ekkuva unna i handle most of them easily....

few a years back... collegue ki ilage ayyindhi. emergency ki velli call chesadu.

spent two days and nights with him in hospital , doctor final ga peddaga bhayapadasinadhi yemi ledu, nuvvu ilaga work pressure lo unte future shaltilu lesthayi ani simple ga cheppi. oka 12 velu bill vesadu.

Quit bro. 

Maa uncle ki recently diagnosed with 3rd stage of throat cancer. Okappudu baaga smoke chesetollu. He quit 6-7 years ago but sadly his case is too advanced as it seems like now.

Naa school friend chinnapati very good friend okathanu recently passed away in Bangalore. 

Baane fit ga untadu he plays Badminton regularly, goes hiking in Karnataka chikamagalur and surrounding areas. Works for a MNC in Bangalore as the team lead. 

One fine day badminton aaduthu he got some pain in the chest ani pakkaki aagi relax ayyadu, anthalo got a massive cardiac arrest and died before going to the hospital. 

He was 33.  Married 4 years ago and has a 2 year old son. 

IT jobs are killing us all.

HIIT bro. 

High intensity interval training is the best thing to do. 

Sadly, with most office environments being taken over by desi greedy MNC fukkers they won't allow you to leave office before 9 pm by which you lose both the zeal and strength to workout.
