India lo rental or other income 2.5L kante ekkuva one year lo vaste u have to do tax file n pay tax in india. dual tax avoidance lo 15% india lo and 15% usa lo tax pay cheyali india nundi vache income meeda. Okavela india lone 30% tax kadithe u don't need to pay tax in usa on that income.
