Not necessarily that. Asylum can be applied if you can say that you have substantial evidence to prove that yyour life is under threat. In her case, valla attha, mama family nundi undhi ani documented evidence tho apply cheyyocchu. Ivvadam or not is secondary.

your points applicable to people who doesnt have Insurance  ... there are several types of insurances ... i suggest you to do some research again...

 

for example: mortgage protection insurance ( which covers sudden death / financial crisis..etc)

యాదాద్రి భువనగిరి జిల్లా యాదగి రిగుట్ట మండలం రాళ్లజనగాంకు చెందిన గూడూరు మధుకర్‌రెడ్డి, స్వాతిరెడ్డి దంపతులు కొన్నేళ్లుగా అమెరికాలో ఉంటున్నారు. ఈ నెల 4న మధుకర్‌రెడ్డి ఆత్మహత్యకు పాల్పడిన విషయం తెలిసిందే. ‘మధుకర్‌రెడ్డిని నువ్వే హత్య చేశావని స్వాతిరెడ్డిపై అసత్య ఆరోపణలు చేస్తూ వారి బంధువు రవీందర్‌రెడ్డి, మామ బాల్‌రెడ్డి బెదిరింపులకు పాల్పడుతున్నారు’ అని స్వాతి తండ్రి నర్సింహారెడ్డి ఆరోపించారు. వారి వేధింపులు తాళలేకనే తన కూతురు ఆత్మహత్యకు యత్నించిందని తెలిపారు. బెదిరింపులకు పాల్పడుతున్న వారిపై కేసులు నమోదు చేసి కఠినంగా శిక్షించాలని, తమకు రక్షణ కల్పించా లని ఆయన ప్రభుత్వాన్ని కోరుతున్నారు.

ఎన్‌ఆర్‌ఐ స్వాతిరెడ్డి ఆత్మహత్యాయత్నం ఘటనలో చైతన్యపురి పోలీసులు నలుగురిపై కేసు నమోదు చేశారు. తనను అత్తింటి వారు బెదిరింపులు, వేధింపులకు గురి చేశారని స్వాతిరెడ్డి ఇచ్చిన ఫిర్యాదు మేరకు ఆమె అత్త సుగుణ, మామ బాల్‌రెడ్డి, ఆడపడుచు కల్పన, కల్పన భర్త రవీందర్‌రెడ్డిలపై కేసు నమోదు చేసినట్లు సీఐ గురురాఘవేంద్ర తెలిపారు.
