Next CM Will Be From Pulivendula!

Elections are held once in five years and people will decide which party they should vote to power. It all depends on various factors, including the performance of the present government, the leadership of the contesting parties and also performance of the representatives in their respective constituencies.

It is still two more years to go for the general elections in Andhra Pradesh, but YSR Congress party president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy has already started fancying the chief minister’s post in the next elections.

In fact, he still believes that he should have become the chief minister in 2014 itself as he is the people’s choice, but because of the bad luck, the chance had gone to Telugu Desam Party president N Chandrababu Naidu.

That is precisely why his press statements never refer to Naidu as the chief minister, but they simply say Chandrababu Naidu.

He refuses to acknowledge Naidu as the chief minister and thinks he is the actual chief minister. On several occasions, he claimed himself as CM and threatened the officials for not behaving with him properly.

On Thursday night, too, Jagan addressed a meeting of officials in Pulivendula to review the developmental works in his constituency.

When his party leaders complained to him that the officials were not cooperating with them, Jagan fumed at the officials saying they should remember that they were dealing with the CM’s constituency.

“You should keep in mind that the next chief minister is from Pulivendula. I am keeping track of all your activities and will take stern action against you once I come to power. At least now, you should mend your ways and cooperate with us,” Jagan pulled up the officials.

Well, Jagan better leave it to the people to decide who the next CM would be. Otherwise, he will have to face huge disappointment, if his overconfidence backfires!
