If they really find and hire.. I will be more happy....here I'm not crying on anyone and not looking for any job...I'm telling people to change interview method...if it's a programming interview just ask to write a program on board and look for logic not the syntax...that's what I wanted to say...syntax will be taken care by tools or u can correct later on...
