Yeah ,filed with them  , they do not file anything incorrectly , but this time thinking of going with HR block or something else

I wanted to share my experience with this company. I used AO Tax for couple of years and they were brilliant. Then my friend suggested this ETax Planner to me and I checked with them. Since their quote was unbelievable, I went ahead and filed with them in TY 2017. In 2018, I got another unbelievable quote and it was too hard to believe, and I asked explanation but I had to pay $750+tax in order to view the quote. I made the payment of $882 and finally received my quote. They totally forgot to include one of my W2s and the total taxable income was wrong. Instead of me oweing 12K , I was supposed to get back 5K as per their calculations. I requested for money back and I didn't get it. I finally filed using credit karma app for free but lost my $882. 

Today, I just paid $3552 as a tax notice for their incorrect tax calculation for year TY2017. I also received a $500 notice from California Franchise Tax board as well for TY2017.

I will not recommend them to even my worst enemy.

Agreed. Whoever file tax with etax planner , will get IRS query and if you get query they will charge you more to resolve that query . At the end of the day you are in high loss considering interest on IRS query, Etax amount.

Thanks guys for all your inputs. Anyone has experience with mysupertax.com . They too offering similar estimation like etaxplanner.

Bro...Values Tax is best. Me and couple of my friends are filing with them from last 3 years. cost kuda koncham takkuva compare to others and mostly they will not claim these fake expenses to increase refund. i strongly recommend bro. Earlier AO tax tho file chesevadini but AO tax lo konni issues face chesanu andukane Values Tax ki shift ayyanu. Now iam not facing any issues. They are good.
