New home buyers , what is prediction for 2018

What is the prediction now , we are looking to buy a house prices are 30 to 40 thousand more , 

we will be living for 3 years , wondering if the real estate will stay same IN 1 to 3 years

Kashtam man.. already peaks lo unnay prices..  Interest rates perigite kachitam ga values taggutay.. Already Dallas Atlanta Bay Area Virginia NC 2014 prices kante 100 to 200k ekkuva cheptunnaru prices..
