By elections lo lot of factors vuntayi...first and foremost, polling turnout will be very low, hardly 50% aitadi and local ruling party ki adi prestige vuntadi kabatii they fight tooth and nail for it. 

administration and civic authorities ruling party lo vuntayi, so is power and money kuda vallake ekuvuntayi..

however, siddaramaiah is going to be chickened out in the next state elections, poor congress..
