Manamu enni rojulu kashtapadina idhe IT jobs, ila kakunda second income plan cheyali ante ikkada US lo kani India lo kani edhaina business chesthe best emo anukuntunaa, kani vache ideas annitiki edo oka probs like india lo aithe real estate boom ledhu kanuka not right time to invest in any business antunnaru, Ikkada aithe evaro oka GC unna candidate tho tie up avvali,appatiki job chese place lo aithe handle cheyochu else job oka place business oka place ante chaala kashtam..

First edhaina solid idea unte dhani bhatti plan cheyali.. mee dhaggara ideas or suggestions unte share cheyandi bhayyalu.

India lo aithe oka 3-4cr (including loan). Ikkada aithe oka ~150K+ entha loan vasthe antha. (300-400K)/ invest 100k and tie up with someone who is willing to.

india lo aithe edhaina big property koni oka 5-10 yr lease ki edhaina business ki isthe.. mana second income stable ga untundi anedi na opinion else oka restaurant pedthe hyd lo better anukuntunna. I know hyd chala restaurants unnayi, but enni pettina food business pettina akkada beebatsam ga run avthundi (in depth ground work start cheyaledhu )

naku thelisina oka candidate almost 10 yrs chala kshtapadi sampadinchina money GC vachina ventane sontham ga oka gas station lease chesadu some rural area anuko (some exit on some freeway), chala money spend chesi renovate chesukunnadu, oka 6 months try chesadu.. area problem or something else not sure but malli vadilesi vachesadu.. he spent all hard earned money and jumped into business with out knowledge and/or tie up with existing owner. ilantivi anni mind lo pettukoni digali. noting down the negatives they have done.

Naaku telisina oka ankul ilane 200k save chesi invest chesadu oka gas station lo. Problem enti antey athanu adi pettina 6 months lo freeway ki exit immediate ga okadu gas station pettadu akkade, so all the people would go to that gas station instead of his as they had to drive half a mile more to get there. 

So motham diwala teesi ippudu malli IT lo ki ochadu, 200k total loss.

IT job cheyali, savings, tarvata invest cheyali...avi kuda typical desi ways like gas stations, motels, or India lo aithe restraurants, land koni rent or lease, or gold koni petukunte safe...these are better investment options...but these have all been tried and tested earlier and we all know someone who became successful by this formula...anduke manam kuda ide thought lo vuntamu. But there may be many unsuccessful stories which we don't know..avi teliste asalu business joli ki kuda vellavu

come on guys, come out of the circle...there are many avenues..many new business..business ki kavalsindi oka insight and idea, investment kadu...market ni study chey...evado study chesina market Loki Nuvu digithe nastapoedi nuvve
