I see many people on interstates driving in left lanes with the speed or less than the surrounding traffic. even when there is room in right lane.

we dont know what kind of people will be driving. they can be drunk, people with medical emergency, undercover cops. we dont know so better give them way and stay away from them. be a good defensive driver.
