also try asparagus billed or grilled.. chala taste vuntai and kadupu nindutudhi..

 

use coconut oil to cook like kerala folks..

who told you weights will burn more cals than cardio...weights is more for long burning cals.. bgDtJ1T.gif

May be. but i can never run on thread mill for more time anduke i work out with personal trainer thrice a week with weights. Even if it burns more cal i hate it. I rather give up workout than running on thread mill. Stair master or elliptical  much better though i hate them too. Nenu workout chesedi for sleep not to lose weight so dont care cal silent_I1

Start with 5 minute intervals on tred mill....do running for 5 min and walk for 5...first couple of  days do it for 15 min than increase to 20 min and so on
