Trigosamine is the best for this purpose. 

I used it in the past when I had knee pain from lateral running, after playing too much on hard tennis courts. It cured my pain and the pain never came back either.

Hey dude, if the pain is severe, why don't you consider for a Knee replacement surgery? My father used to have severe pains in his knees and we went for a Knee replacement surgery at Sunshine Hospitals in Secunderabad. Now, he is able to walk for 2 kms a day in the morning and previously he couldn't even used to walk for 100 meters, trust me. So if the pain is severe, depending on your father's age, I would suggest you to go for a Knee replacement surgery for him.

Side effects untayi antaru kada dude..doctor suggested for my dad and he told fail ayite surgery e matram kuda nadavaleru ani so he decided to not go for it. Recovery time enni weeks?

Yeah. Went to the same doctor and he suggested surgery,  but side effects undochu and success avtado ledo ani bayam tho chepinchaledu.

glucosamine chrondrotin msm - these tablets are so big and had to take 3 times a day for some brands.. take the brand that is only required to take one day and the one with higher mg.

also take Gelating ( problem entante- this will be made from beef/pork.. look this on amazon and the reviews..)

 

ivanni cheygane ventane knee pain podu... it take like 8-12 months for the benefits to see.
