Btw my friend took it in Woodlands, TX which is considered as one of the premier areas in Houston. You have so many IT offices nearby. He owns another home in Katy. And he hasn't complained anything till date. Okavela evaru rakunna it wouldn't impact him by any means. He can simply dispose it off. He was saying property kuda appreciate aindi recent days lo ani..

yeah maybe u r right but all am sayin is that to know whats in store it might take years together n still be not able to get that picture thats it man

How much they pay for one single room. I am planning to give each bedroom for one person.

3)Stable ga vunde vallu ayhtee ok..ledeante mortgage ki problem..

4)Insurance lo nvuvu clear ga cheppali if your leasing out to some one else..

5)irving lo brand new house aythe min 450 k vundhii ee patiki choosse vuntavu rates.

Min monthly payment:neeku 3500 vuntundhi (considering your putting down 20 percent out of 450 k) 

a part from regular EMI (Principal+ interest+ insurance +HOA +Property tax)

you need to pay home warranty every month that covers some basic repairs..which will cost you 50-60 permonth..

your responsible for yard maintenance adhi oka 50-60 vuntundhi month ki..
