next 5 years question ah - edo firm lo edo oka role lo vunta uncle. 

immoral/stress enduku ananu ante,  both working lo evaro okalu h4EAD kada. DB posts prakaram and na experiance prakaram 90% of h4 EADs in IT (those who didn't have proper education and skills) do not have capability to fulfill their tasks.

Why don't one guy focus on work and other on family anedi na concept, unless the other guy also love to work. If both work, both will have stress to handle job and family same time. All this for extra 60-80K revenue?

I  think money and situations valla konta mandi work chestaru this way but there could be many things right? Some women might be career oriented and might want to have a successful career ala ani vallu family ni neglect chestaru ani kuda analem kada? wife and husband might make compromises and help each other grow...anni cases ilane untayi anatledu but undachu kada ila

I agree. There is nothing wrong in having the zeal to work and sharing the burden of running the family but that doesn't give us right to do unethical things, if you know what I mean. Do whatever it takes to get that extra source of income. really?
