12$ less than current rate and thats my rate range since 4 years ..chachina oppukodu..i asked 80$ as i can stay closer to virginia but vadu impossible annadu

J2EE mostly..Spring boot, spring mvc, spring batch, spring rest, spring security, Jpa , hibernate, JMS, PL/SQL, ESB, Maven, Gradle...typical j2ee stack 

Rare emi kadu...I market my profile and inform after i get job as ma employer doesn't do marketing..starting nunchi nene chesukoni i think i am reasonably good at marketing and have good network in linkedIn.

Yeah most higher paying positions C2C ante no ani cheputunnaru so that could be one more reason. Naaku baane undi recruiters tho network almost all big vendors tho undi. Maa vodu kooda waste fellow ne le, ippati varaku I found my own positions without depending on him.
