Nenu first nundi FT chesthunna, eppudu mestri kinda pani cheyaledu, so naku ee details emi teliyadu. Monna oka mestri tho matada. Naa salary gurinchi adigadu FT lo 115K ani cheppa, vadu mee vadu baga isthunnadu ga, nee dantlo billing thakkuva annav vadu 115k ki 14% payroll taxes kattali it is around 16K and benefits evali annadu.

eppudu naa doubt enti ante most of the people mestris deggara chese vallu 70% to 80% range lo thisukuntunnaru. that means 70% vadiki payroll taxes tho kalipi 80%, so 20% matrame mestri ki velthundi, ade 80% ayithe payroll tho 10% matrame miguluthindi. edi nijama 14% pay roll taxes kattala?

Neeku run chese pay amount meeda 7% taxes mestri kadutadu ani telusu. If he is taking 20% then that actually means 13% profit but vallu bulk lo tax returns antha mandi employees ki kalipi chestaru kada so vadi guest house expenses and other operation costs chuyinchukoni dabbulu migulchukuntadu. I guess 5% kadutademo.

Experts answer exactly how much percentage tax employer pay chestadu if he is taking 20% on C2C project.

all together mestris pay 12.75% taxes, depending upon they pay u........lets say desi mestri, they tell they pay u 80%, but some of them run salary based..

for ex: if ur billing is 70$ to employer, then u should be getting 56$/hr,but he will pay u only 50$/hr and put 6$/hr so that u r payroll will be consistent even if u change jobs and in the new job if u get less billing with the current one.

Lets say he is paying 50$/hr , he will be paying the employer tax on the 50$/hr only, not on the 56$/hr.

employer taxes nuvvu cheppinattu vundavu..if employer pays 56 dollars at any point of time in the given year ..he has to pay the taxes..Taxes ante social security and medicare major part..both employer and employee has to pay the same amount..Employer year endo lo match chesi kadtadu SSN and medicare taxes to govt....Pai post lo cheppinaatu avi emi refund raavu employer ki bulk loo..

SSN and medicare both employer and employee has to pay..neeku end of the year oka 120 k pay chesthee hee ahs to pay theese txes..Irrespective how he paid monthly or qtly...Lets say employer 100 dollars extra in a given month he ahs to pay ssn and medicare on 100  dollars..No one gets the refund on these..

Employer Payroll Taxes

Companies are responsible for paying their portion of payroll taxes. These payroll taxes are an added expense over and above the expense of an employee's gross pay. The employer-portion of payroll taxes include the following:

  • Social Security taxes (6.2% up to the annual maximum)
  • Medicare taxes (1.45% of wages)
  • Federal unemployment taxes (FUTA)
  • State unemployment taxes (SUTA)
