This is what happens when people blindly follow those stupid rules but doesn't use common sense . What makes humans different from animals is the empathy and common sense. If we don't have these two, there is no point in following the rules. 

One flight attendant called cop and now the other took the matter into his own hands. People are evolving it seems or the time has come to replace all these people with Bots.

Don't say there was no slapping and media is exaggerating. We all know that but as an employee who is employed to serve customers, it is the employee's responsibility to take care of customers once on board. If they cannot, they should take up some other job that doesn't involve handling customers and damage the firm's reputation

What is your opinion based on whatever info we have?

What if there is rule that says strollers are not allowed and employee just followed the rule, well by force, similar to what cop did in the United case?
