Geri Farber Martilotto It should be a little better however we need to do more in this country to provide better education for our students so we don't need to get talent from other countries. We should have the best here. Homegrown!

Geri Farber Martilotto Yes those companies all abused the H-1B visas to save $. Disgusting and Americans who hold degrees can't find work in the industry. But there are some highly technical areas where this country does not have the talent and we need to teach our own that talent.

Grade schools have proven it is not the amount of money you poor into it but the quality of the teacher teaching. Teaching is one of the easiest degrees and 1 of tge easiest jobs.

No, the smartest people don't really come from the us. No, we don't have the most talented anymore. Why? Because our politicians don't care about our schools. Leave the visas alone and work on making our kids smarter, not just good at taking tests

I say attempt, as you don't save money if the replacement can't do the job. Not being able to read technical documents should be a huge red flag.

But you must do it gradually a f provide training grants or tax credits for employers for employee training. Otherwise you'll just turn the tech sector noncompetitive, and under resourced.

There was a tech job fair today in San Jose for just four companies - most seeking jobs were in their mid-50s to mid-60s. Age discrimination is real.

The ONLY way you can get that number is by including all retired, disabled, full time students, and stay at home parents - all people who aren't looking for work. The financial risks of education in the USA are far too high and anything like H-1B discouraged education, causing us to fall further behind in skills.
We used to have better standards back before Reagan began this horrible trend.

Keith McHugh Dear President Trump,
I am getting contacted 10-20 times per Day by India Headhunter Agencies – on American Soil – representing American jobs in IT CyberSecurity Nationwide. This is Appauling!!! Our Country – American Workers - has been “SOLD OUT BIG
 TIME”!!!!!

Here is a list of American Companies that have replaced American Workers:
1) Blue Cross/Blue Shield Association – over 1500+ India Workers – on 3rd Floor – Chicago, Illinios
2) Starwood Hotel & Resorts – over 1500+ India workers from Accenture – on 4th Floor – Stamford, CT
3) Voya (ING) in Windsor, Connecticut – over 1500+ India Workers - InfoSys
4) Mass Mutual – 1500+ India workers – Cognizant – Springfield, Mass
5) IBM – 1000’s+ India Workers – Collabra
6) GE – 1000’s+ India Workers – BirlaSoft
7) The Hartford Insurance – 1000’s of India workers – Hartford, CT
8) Cigna Insurance – 1000’s of India workers – HCL America – Bloomfield, CT – the Wilde Building
9) Anthem - 1000’s of India workers – Wallingford, CT

You need to Audit these Companies – FINE THEM BIG TIME for Selling Out America!!!
As you can see – until we get rid of these India Consulting Companies and their Headhunter Agencies – nothing will change – you need to go after these companies below – and KICK THEM OUT OF USA!!!
1)Collabra (used by IBM)
2) InfoSys
3) WiPro
4) Tata Consulting
5) HCL America
6) Accenture
7) Deloitte

This needs to be addressed now – this is why our Retail stores are going bankrupt and Auto Sales are down – if American’s do not have jobs – we cannot BUY ANYTHING???
Please Fix this – it has been going on for 20+ years – it is getting really bad over the past couple of years – accelerating every month – the India Workers OWN the American JOBS!!!!!!!!
Please Make America Great Again!!!
