Interesting article about cheap labor vs H1... most of the IT jobs are getting less pay whereas management jobs are getting higher salaries..

i agree  so companies should be willing to pay extra n their profits will be cut short  i am sure no company will be willing to do that...being said that actually desi witch companies are screwing the market and rates are going down so ee middle vendors valla chaala problem undi so actually ee bill daani meeda concentrate cheyyochu
