Can a h1b guy marry tourist visa girl in US and get registered here?

Office loo okka abbai (h1b) medha vunadu......  ammai india lo job chastundhi...  .He can not go india as of now. So he wanted to get married in US.So he is thinking sponsor  tourist visa and get married here in US. So ekda alla register chapinchalli..what is the procedure.. Can a h1b guy marry tourist visa girl ? aa girl... ki parents lo leru.. and no relatives to her in US. 

Please give your suggestions.

Kakruthi kadu... work ala vundhi..... thanna ki...  he can go..india.. kaka potha inko 3 months paduthundhi.. so.. options check chasthunadu duded....chance doorkitha challu.. kummastharu kada.. meeru..

Thanks,

1) He can marry her irrespective of her visa status

2) He can obtain marriage license from the place he currently lives in (usually City halls, Town halls.. just google how to register a marriage and his living place)

3) Then he can submit a COS application to USCIS to convert her status to H4..

Disadvantage:

1) It is highly likely that her B1/B2 visa gets rejected.. especially when the person is young and cannot establish permanent ties in India

2) She can say that she is working for so and so company and take leave letter ..etc and try to get visa without mentioning his (would be) name or status

Prapancham lo kastaalanni friends ke vastay ee DB lo...

vaadikileni badha neekendi bayya,, curiosity? or isi nee case ae na?

lol... na marraige ayee 2 years ayeindhi...  :-) .. naku malli elanti marriage anta...naa wife...bed medha ki raani evadhu !!
