Strength Training

Hello Guys,

Can you suggest me good source/suggestions on how to start strength training? if you guys are following a plan 3 days a week please let me know. 

I am really confused and feeling guilty when I visit the Gym without a plan.

captain America workout plan ani vundii bodybuilding.com lo 

Inka squats.in ki poi choose chesukoo based on the goals you set they will give diet plan and workout regime

bodybuilding.com    has  all the info..

you can select number of days you plan to workout, then you can select the number of exercises to do in a day, then you can select if you want to do total body workout in a day or concentrate on selected muscles on a day.

Or you can skip above and there are trainers workout plan you can follow which ever best suits you ..
