Nuvvu transfer pettukunna pettukokapoyina  ... Nee paata h1b expire ayipoyi 7 months avutundi kabatti ... U hav to leave the country in a month. U can only stay for 240 days in the country with a pending approval. First talk to lawyer about that. And H1b transfer eppunana pettukovachu but without a job in hand it will have more chance of rejection than the current one. 

And last thing if h1b rejected please be on look for a opt school to maintain status.

chinna correction .. u can stay beyond that on pending approval but cannot work..nuv india pothae cannot come until h1 approved ..

He can stay until his application is pending with us cis .. after 240 days he can not work
