His role is Architect... and his pay is already 175K. ..so it does not matter to him... my role is different.

okay, try to run it as bonus. I know people like to have more cash in hand so they ask per diem but for this amount bonus is better option. My employer runs anything extra as bonus. That bonus sometimes goes up to 40K .

B.Tech (61%)  then chinna job .net developer gha  per month 8000, 4th yr lo rasaa GATE not good rank...job chasthu...malli rasaa.. GATE... rank vachindhi... joined M.Tech IITB, then when about to finish M.Tech wrote GRE && TOFEL ...  applied to MS.. came to UT Dallas.
